Apple App Store — subscription purchases are processed through Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions5. Device Permissions
TrainerHub may request access to the following device features:Photo Library — to allow progress photos to be added to client reports. This access is only used when you explicitly choose to add a photo and is never accessed automatically
Camera — to allow you to take photos directly within the app when adding progress photos to client reportsThese permissions are entirely optional. The app functions normally without granting them.6. Data Storage
All client and session data you enter into TrainerHub is stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal data on external servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the app.7. Data Sharing
TrainerHub does not share your personal information or your clients' information with any third parties except as described in Section 4. Workout plans and nutrition plans are only shared when you deliberately choose to send them via WhatsApp using the in-app send feature.8. Children's Privacy
TrainerHub is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.9. Your Rights
You have the right to:Access the data stored on your device at any time
Delete any client or personal data directly within the app
Uninstall the app at any time, which removes all locally stored data from your device10. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information stored within TrainerHub. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong device passcode and keep your device secure at all times.11. Changes to This Policy

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
